对于此问题，sybase12.5.1里可否通过修改数据库配置来进行更改？如何操作？
比方说我要将最大查询限制数由14改为30。先谢！

that is a limit from ASE kernel,so to simplify you sqls should be more effective than get sybase build a new kernel,I think.
btw,don't try to make your sqls in touch with four tables or above at one time.that could make query optimizer lose it's way.

在这方面，oracle还是强多了，一个sql中涉及14张表的left join操作，及一个union操作，即数量是14 union 14，oracle里就执行没问题，迁移到sybase后，就死翘翘了，问题是我现在不需要研究sybase内核，我是为解决实际应用中的问题，不过楼上还是说的有道理，啊，哪位兄弟知道该如何解决啊？

Yes, that's a hard limit. You should divide your sql.
