查看：
# more /mnt/etc/vfstab 正常
# more /mnt/etc/inittab 与其他对比正常
# more /mnt/etc/console 无法打开
# more /mnt/etc/mnttab 空
# more /mnt/etc/name_to_major 看不出有什么特别

8楼是当机前一天的log，13楼为执行过脚本，执行后sysmsg@0:msglog and sysmsg@0:sysmsg丢失，报name_to_major 无法执行，改name_to_major 权限后，全部显示no found。后mknod了sysmsg@0:msglog and sysmsg@0:sysmsg，属性与之前一样。执行前能进入 SINGLE USER MODE，执行脚本后只能靠boot cdrom -s运行，还是报同样的错误：

我在前些天也遇到了这个问题。我的结决办法是：
fsck -y ;exit

如果不行: stop +a
power-off
过几分钟启动。

我做过镜像也出现过这样的情况。最后没折，重做了系统。

LZ 的情况我在dump光纤盘的时候遇到过，在做mirror的时候也遇到过，下面是我贴出来在解决光纤盘dump的情况。
LZ的是IDE的，请检查vfstab，把和mirror有关的都注释掉，修改/etv/system中带有md的部分全部注释掉，问题应该解决。
