oms启动错误

执行命令oemctl start oms 后提示，could not connect to the oms:possible error in the configuration files,
我的平台是red hat linux9.0 +oracle9.2.0，我的oem已经配置好了，就是不能启动oms
请大家帮我分析一下，可能是什么错误。
