Job Responsibilities:（工作地点：上海或杭州）
FSRM professionals provide consulting and advisory services to our banking, insurance and other financial services clients in China and elsewhere in the region as our clients’ needs dictate. Priority services for which we are seeking resources relate to credit risk management, asset-liability management (ALM) and capital management. Client projects relate to both strategic risk management initiatives of our clients, and global regulator-driven initiatives such as Basel II and Sarbanes Oxley

Job Requirements:（工作地点：上海或杭州）
§ A minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience for Senior Consultants and five (5) years for Manager candidates. Experience should focus directly on the needs of our clients outlined above, with credit risk management skills of paramount importance.
§ Working experience can come from either banks/ other financial services firms, or from consulting firms. However, experience working in directed project environments is important.
§ Strong applied analytical skills are a must. Examples include experience in credit rating and probability of default (PD) analysis, retail credit scoring, credit portfolio modeling and interest rate risk analysis.
§ English language oral and written communication skills sufficient to conduct business in an international environment are required
§ Strong written Chinese and spoken Mandarin Chinese skills are required
§ Good University degree, preferably in a relevant discipline – finance, economics or mathematics/other quantitative discipline.
§ For Manager level, candidates should have experience directly managing teams of subordinates.

3. Previous working experience with the service business users
4. Knowledge of Database design, business process flow design
5. Knowledge of the business requirement
6. Experience in creating application designs
7. fluent oral and written English
8. Able to complete project document in structured English

- AS400 Application Maintenance experience.
- RPG Cobol knowledge is advantage.
-        Good English communication skill.
