oracle 菜鸟问题

我在查看ORACLE启动的时候出现了
[oracle@linux ~]$ lsnrctl service

我在启动的时候

好像是不成，我连sqlplus都进步去。请问如何处理呀？我刚刚接触oracle什么都不太懂请您说的具体一点。

在oracle用户中
sqlplus  '/as sysdba'
就进入sqlplus了
