1  检查blksize ,tapesize 是否与下载时一致
2  检查 tape 或tape文件是否损坏
3  换一个 servernum 试试

1）如果机器上有其他instance， 停下其他的instance，有可能其他的instance的shm_base的地址相同，导致内存加载不成功。

2）以前成功过吗？如果修改过onconfig文件，将文件改回去试试看。
