Job Description：

TMA (Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter) is an important gateway product in Tuxedo family. It provides the ability of integrating the mainframe commercial applications (e.g. CICS, IMS) into Tuxedo architecture seamlessly.

We are looking for software engineers who are competent to take the following responsibilities:
Develop and maintain TMA line of product by implementing enhancement features in terms of customer’s requirements
providing timely fixes and patches for customer reported defects
porting and certifying TMA products to new OS versions and new Tuxedo versions
Interface with customer support organization to collect customer defect information and to coordinate patch delivery. Provide mentoring to support engineers.


Qualifications/Necessary Skills


* Must have strong problem solving and analysis skills.
* Knowledge of C++ Programming
* Strong debugging and development skills on different UNIX platforms (e.g. AIX, HP-UX, Solaris) and Windows platform
* Experience with Tuxedo, enterprise client/server programming is desirable
* Experience with mainframe programming is a plus
* Ability to promote a high level of customer satisfaction by providing thorough and useful information
* Ability to follow-through and complete calls and projects independently, as well as actively participate in team-based activities and group projects
* Good understanding of software development process
* Good English language skills (CET-6), both spoken and written
