db2备份疑问

db2 restore db safedb from /usr/db2inst1 TAKEN at 20060503202321 with 2 buffers  buffer 1024 parallelism 1


这句命令的红色部分是什么意思？

db2 rollforward db safedb to 2006-05-03-20.25.04

这句命令的时间是通过执行“list history backup all for safedb” 得来的，但是执行该命令后，有很多时间，我该如何判断选择？比如：

Comment: DB2 BACKUP SAFEDB OFFLINE
Start Time:20060503202321
End Time  :20060503202504
Status:  A

Comment:RESTORE SAFEDB WITH RF
Start Time:20060503220032
End Time:20060503220230
Status:A

with 2 buffers 备份缓冲区的数目

buffer 1024 备份缓冲区的大小，若不指定 ，由BACKBUFSZ决定

db2 rollforward db safedb to 2006-05-03-20.25.04

做db2 rollforward safedb to 时间（这个时间是用上面的BACKUP 还是RESTORE，然后是用start time还是end time ?）

我试过用DB2 BACKUP SAFEDB OFFLINE可以，RESTORE不行。这是为什么呢

check your db cfg: LOGRETAIN and USEREXIT
--if LOGRETAIN sets to RECOVERY or USEREXIT to ON: you can do " RESTORE db with rolling forward"
           to the time sheet between the " end time of backup (when you backup OFFLINE) to the end of log".
                                   or between the "start time of backup (when you backup ONLINE) to the end of log.
--if both of them are OFF. you cannot do "restore db with rolling forward"
