在soleris中安装9i出现的问题

我用了以下语句建库:
CREATE DATABASE "EMPIRE"
maxdatafiles 254
  maxinstances 8
  maxlogfiles 32
character set "ZHS16GBK"
DATAFILE '/oper/ora9i/oradata/EMPIRE/system01.dbf' SIZE 500M AUTOEXTEND ON
NEXT 10240K MAXSIZE UNLIMITED
LOGFILE '/oper/ora9i/oradata/EMPIRE/redo01.log' SIZE 100M,
        '/oper/ora9i/oradata/EMPIRE/redo02.log' SIZE 100M,
       '/oper/ora9i/oradata/EMPIRE/redo03.log' SIZE 100M
UNDO TABLESPACE UNDOTBS
DATAFILE '/oper/ora9i/oradata/EMPIRE/undo01.dbf' SIZE 20M
DEFAULT TEMPORARY TABLESPACE TEMP
TEMPFILE '/oper/ora9i/oradata/EMPIRE/temp01.dbf' SIZE 20M;

在创建过程当中，出现以下报错：
CREATE DATABASE "EMPIRE"
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced

检查发现，文件系统中controlfile,redolog,system01.dbf都已经生成出来了，弄不清楚什么原因，请各位帮忙

From the error i feel that the System TBS is Full and System RBS is not able to extend for Whatever Reason.

hi , friend upstairs:
i don't understand your means,i just make the necessary objects,and the system tbs has been made sucessfully,but it exit when creating the undo tbs.i don't know whether i had made the  mistake.
