oracle 10g rac 客户端连接时断时续

两台HP rp4440做的双机，安装了oracle 10g rac，客户端使用serive_name连接数据库的发生时断时续的现象，已经按照oracle 9i下rac的要求把客户端 hosts文件当中的 主机名和ip地址做了对应，还是产生同样的现象。
有没有哪位弟兄碰到过类似的情况，指点一下。

check if you have client side load balance turned on.
(i.e. if you connect string has load_balance=yes defined)
if that's the case, you service request will be randomly directed to one oracle instance, and if the listener of the one of the instance does not know the service your connection will fail.
