suse linux dns 地址解析不稳定

原有windows2000的dns server ip：192.168.0.101,和网络已经断开
新安装 suse linux 9，skybility 做HA，配置dns
bind版本9.2.3
做子域地址解析委派时，不稳定
例如域ciq有天津的子域，
/var/lib/named/master/ciq
dns-tj          IN A            10.12.0.36
tj              IN NS           dns-tj
ping www.tj.ciq有时候可以正常解析，有时候又无法解析
如果用原dns server解析就非常正常
named －g结果如下
