职位描述：
Role Description
Determine and define the Telecom BSS/OSS system and application architecture based on customer requirements and technology. The recommended the architecture should be scalable, highly available and easy to maintain.
Participates or leads the telecom application development projects and oversee the technical implementation are align with defined architecture.
Identify alternatives and evaluating criteria for technical solution or key technologies to be used in project,
Work closely with Telecom customer to define the business requirements for the project and provide suggestions and directions for customer based on pass experience and knowledge.
Work closely with customers and development team to identify and solve technical problem as well as requirement problem.
Work closely with the sales department in supporting presales and provide initial technical solution for customer problems.
Description of Ideal Candidate
BS in Computer Science (or related field) is desired, MS is preferred. A candidate with enough relevant work experience will be considered as well.
-5+ years of application/solution design & development experience in telecom industry with field knowledge on BOSS system, CRM (such as Siebel), Billing, Network management, order management, revenue assurance
-Strong ability to analyze business requirements, clearly understanding of system boundaries and be able to design solutions which take into consideration of cross-system requirements and functional and non-functional requirements.
-Experience on developing applications running under Weblogic, Websphere, iPlant and other middleware platforms.
-Experience on following technologies: Java, XML, EJB, Servlet, JSP and other J2EE technology.
-C/C++, .Net experience is a plus.
-Experience in OOAD using established OOAD methodologies
-Ability to work in a fast moving / changing environment
-Complete understanding and mastery of the software development lifecycle, particularly as it relates to professional services. Must have worked 3+ projects through the complete lifecycle (requirements, design, development, and release/launch)
-3+ years architecting N-tier e-business systems
-2+ years experience working with at least one of the following major RDBMS (no DBA experience required, though): Oracle, Sybase, Informix, MS SQL*Server
-Experience in delivering in a CMM 3 level or higher organization preferred
Other Requirements
-Bi-lingual (mandarin Chinese/Fluently Oral English)
-Travel required |
