-        5 years or above working experience in running a small to medium sized online web operation
-        Familiar with E commerce flow, analyze operation system

Telemarketing Sales Manager, based in Shanghai 电话销售经理，上海

职位描述/Job Description:
-        To lead a team of telesales to sell conference delegates, ads and subscriptions via telemarketing
-        Responsible for conducting sales to achieve personal sales target;
-        Work closely with the conference manager to meet the objectives of conferences;
-        Keep learning and researching industrial knowledge, keep learning Ringier’s business and train the telemarketing team to achieve the target of advertising;
