职位描述/Job Description:
-        To lead a team of telesales to sell conference delegates, ads and subscriptions via telemarketing
-        Responsible for conducting sales to achieve personal sales target;
-        Work closely with the conference manager to meet the objectives of conferences;
-        Keep learning and researching industrial knowledge, keep learning Ringier’s business and train the telemarketing team to achieve the target of advertising;
-        Be required to set individual targets for team members, monitor their activity and performance on a daily and weekly basis, and provide ongoing product and sales training.

职位要求/Requirements:
-        Bachelor degree or above, effective verbal English communication
-        5 years sales experience, include 3 years telesales experience
-        3 years experience for running a sales team, either internal or external , but one that is used to a high rate of call activity
-        familiar with recruiting and managing a team of telesales
-        Enjoy selling and sales management
