职位描述/Job Description:
-        To lead the product development and sales opportunities, help formulate strategy of our web site, sales and marketing.
-        To run the web team and create strategy and products and alliances for RTP's online activities and revenue generation
-        To establish and deal with search engines and other online partners to help drive traffic to the site and value for clients.
-        To plan the E commerce development and organize it. Include optimize E business flow, promotion, cooperate with correlative company
-        Have strong idea with optimizing the web both Chinese and English version

职位要求/Requirements:
-        Bachelor degree or above, effective verbal English communication
-        5 years or above working experience in running a small to medium sized online web operation
-        Familiar with E commerce flow, analyze operation system
-        Independent, flexible, market-oriented, initiative and with team spirit
