Position Title: Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer - Datacom

Skills required:

-The positions require a Batchelor's degree and work experience of 2 - 4 years.
- Experience developing distributed client/server based multi-threaded applications following object-oriented methodology and design principles
- In depth knowledge of the following: Java, SNMP, and RDBMS (Oracle 8i/9i and MySQL preferred), XML
- Experience developing with Web technologies such as RMI, Servlets, JSP, JavaScript, JDBC, J2EE
- Strong technical knowledge of one or more of the following networking technologies (IP, Routing, ATM, Frame Relay, TDM switching)
- Knowledge of Network Management industry standards (OSS, TMN, etc).
- Highly skilled in UNIX development environment (Sun/Solaris, Clearcase, Unix tools) and possibly in Windows too.

Responsibilities:

-          Involved in all phases of development cycle (architecture, design, implementation, testing, integration and support) of NMS application
-          Generating Produce Specs: Functional, Design, Product description
-          Drive resolution of complex architecture and system issues.
-          Interact effectively with different levels of management, as well as Test, Service, and documentation writer
