xorg安装错误,,,再问

安装好了xorg 软件了，，但是他报错呀，
我从新安装了FREEBSD ，就的standard方式安装的
装好了我就进到 cd /usr/ports/X11/xorg
                      make inistall clean
                      安装了，，，（不时下了文件）我从新用make inistall clean命令又可以，装时无报错。
安装好，，，我配置
如下：
安装完xorg后就开始配置xorg：
第一步是以超级用户的身份建立初始的配置文件：
＃cd
#Xorg -configure
#cp xorg.conf.new /etc/X11/xorg.conf
下一步是测试现存的配置文件：
#Xorg -config /etc/X11/xorg.conf

他讲我有一个错误，不能运行，，，，如下呀
Fatal server error:
no screens found

请问我错在那了，，，，，？？？？？
具体错误为
build date:04 april 2005
        bfore reporting problems .check http://wiki.x.org
        to make sure that you have latest version

echo “/usr/X11R6/bin/gnome-session” > ~/.xinitrc

楼主的问题是在配置xorg的时候，还没有wm的事吧。

应该是显卡没驱动，可以先试试低一点的color depth，比如8或者4。

后打入不敷出 xorg -config /etc/X11/xorg.conf
输入这句，同样也就上面同样的错误
正常的话应该可以看到图像的，，，，
郁闷中………………………………

还有呀，我屏保都可以正常的显视呀，这个关不关是COLOR DEPTH的事呀？？

你这一步生成文件都正常吗

你这样测一下，看是否出同样的错误

生成文件正常呀，没有错误
就是叫我配置一下，（++）using config file :"/root /xorg.conof.new"
to text the server,run "X -config /root/xorg.conf.new"
运行X -config /root/xorg.conf.new"

就有同上的错误了
