informix自动关闭????阵列还是别的?

环境：LXr8500+2M+RS/12+UNIX5.07+INFORMIX7.31
RS/12：9*36GB硬盘，其中８块作RADI10，另一个热备用。
RS12与两台LXR8500之间用一块2M的阵列卡联结．
RS/12上的空间全作INFORMIX7.31数据库裸设备空间.
问题描述:
在阵列配好后,系统及数据库一切正常,查询，增加更改也正常．但经过几天后，只要一执行数据库操作,IO就一直占用CPU１００%,数据库自动关闭，但还有一个ＯＮＩＮＩＴ进程在系统进程中且无法关闭，手动KILL也不行（阵列无报警）.用SHUTDOWN无法关机,提示ONINIT进程无法关闭.只能强行关机.重新开启阵列及服务器,阵列报敬，用CTRL+M进入查看,SCSI 上ID0和ID1上的两硬盘FLAT,提示不能访问(经过查看,上述两硬盘正常未坏),同进阵列报警,清除配置后警报停止,所有盘均READ.重做阵列,一切正常,但几天后情形如上.
