请教关于unix下的监听服务

在unix下，要正常地启动监听服务，需要一些什么文件呢？这些文件都放在哪个目录下？
我这里的数据库监听无法启动了，运行Lsnrctl就出很多错误信息。我怀疑是某些文件丢失了。
下面是某些错误信息：
这是运行lsnrctl后出现的错误：
Message 850 not found; No message file for product=network, facility=NL

运行start后的错误：
TNS-01106: Message 1106 not found; No message file for product=network, facility=TNS       [LISTENER]

status后的错误：
