安装mysql源码包

   安装mysql-standard-4.1.20-pc-linux-gnu-i686.tar.gz的包,总是报这样错 .
   Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /var/lib/mysql STOPPING server from pid file /var/run/mysql/mysqld.pid

各位谁能帮我贴出比较简单的文档．或是有关注释！
