用netterm登录aix，怎么样使方向键起作用？

我用netterm登录（按larry兄说的配了），其它都行，就方向键和del不好使，在shell提示符下一按方向键就显示 ^[D，^[C之类的，请高手指教一下，谢谢：）

呵呵，奇怪：）我刚看了论坛的一个贴子。是说如何把前面已经输入的一个命令再次调用出来，于是我就试了，set -o vi,然后再按方向键就不显示那些字符了，而是成了删除了，怎么搞的？？？
另外set -o vi是什么意思，我怎么man set没有呢？？？

方向键在命令行不起作用的，不管设置成什么。set -o vi后可以用vi命令编辑命令行，先学vi

谢谢ibm6000和lljj,其实可能我问的有点多余，因为我会使vi.只是偶然想起了方向键，所以就问了。如果不成就算了。但ibm6000兄，set我是真的不会，我想学学，我知道set -o vi后可以实现，但set本身不会用，请问哪里有相关的说明文件？谢谢！：）
