InstallShield, Microsoft Installer, or equivalent:  Must know how to create silent installs.  This includes how to create a response file, where to find default location of log file, how to interpret results in log file, etc.  Must also know how to take a single InstallShield self-extracting .exe and break it apart into its constituent parts in order to create and use response files.
- One or more of the following:
Windows:  Must know about the Windows Registry and how to navigate through it  using regedit.  Additionally, must know how to use Remote Desktop and/or VNC for remote package development and testing.
AIX:  Must have detailed knowledge of how to install applications.  This includes the use of installp, the standard tool for AIX installs.
Linux: Must have detailed knowledge of how to install applications.  This includes the use of RPM, the standard tool for Linux installs.
Sun-Solaris:  Must have detailed knowledge of how to install applications.  This includes the use of pkgadd, the standard tool for Solaris installs.
-  How to create and install native Tivoli Software Packages, using the Tivoli Software Package Editor or the command line interface.(we can provide training)
