在windows2000下使用SYBASE 11.5创建MASTER库时失败

你是把数据库安装在E盘的？如果目录名有中文SYBASE就会报错！
还有就是你如果是用服务配置工具来建的，那这个工具的快捷方式也有问题，可以直接运行安装目录里的本体或是修改快捷方式！以上都会导致建服务出错！

我也碰到同样的问题，不过是在VMware中安装sybase adapter server，还没找到解决方法。
