如何在bsd 6.1 下 将ftp用户锁定在home目录

新装了一台bsd 6.1发现普通用户ftp可以转到根目录。
    我找了好多资料，都没找到原因。只好来求救。
1、我用的是bsd6.1自带的ftp服务器。
2、我没找到配置文件在哪儿。
3、我现在只知道改chroot_list这个参数，可能会起作用。
有达人知道请指点一二。
