Position Summary
Responsible for providing support to all users in these few areas but not limited to Active Directory, Exchange 2003, Instant Messaging and Genifax with minimum 2-4 years level 2 administration and support experience.
Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge
• 3-6 years of Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory at an enterprise level, trust relationships, group policy, LDAP, Kerberos/NTLM, DNS
• Experience with LDAP, and as Experience as MS Exchange administrator
• Candidate with programming knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese
• Able to work under min supervision
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer preferred
