radius的配置出现问题！

我正在配置一个radius服务器,系统是CentOS3.6,用mysql用数据库,用Apache/2.0.46 ,radius服务器可以正常启动,但在配置它的一个web管理界面时用浏览器访问不了,产生错误
如下
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
