一、PHY Automation Engineer

Description
-Develops the necessary software to enable automatic validation of the xDSL Physical Layer
-Automate a shared lab over different continents using modern internet technology
-Got good knowledge of object oriented languages (java, visual basic) and scripting languages (TCL/TK, perl,…)
-Understand the working principles of test equipment (arbitrary waveform generators, network analyzer, line simulators, …) and Central Office DSL equipment (multiple brands of DSLAM’s)
-Interpret the results of the automated tests and as such he has a good view on the different xDSL standards
-Be aware of the magnitude of equipment investment and has high focus equipment occupancy efficiency.
-Travel abroad for solving field issues, giving technical support or attending conferences and plugtests happen a few times a year

Education and Skills:
-Masters degree in electrical engineering or Software Engineering
-3+ year experience in automation and / or xDSL
-Experience in IP, ATM, OO/C++, control systems, would be an advantage
-Knowledge of Java and Visual Basic, script languages TCL/TK, perl and xDSL PHY layer standards



二、System Integration Test Project Team Leader

Description:
In charge of leading test preparation, testing and validation of CPE products. plan, follow and report on the projects within the testing team.
Take part in and lead a medium size testing team working on a wide range of the most recent Triple-play Technologies, such as Ethernet in the First Mile, VDSL2 or 802.11n.
Interact with the System Architect, the Software Development Engineers and the Product Managers to ensure the product meets the customer requirements in the dynamic and fast evolving xDSL market.
Form the interface between the Project and Line management and the testing team. lead regular ad hoc customer-driven testing requests.

Education and Skills:

  Master degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunication.

  3+ years experience in the field of Telecommunication testing work.

  1or 2 years experience in leading a small to medium sized testing team.

  Technical background or experience in telecom, especially in ATM, Ethernet and TCP/IP related protocols. Relevant experience in a subset of the following areas is required:
-ATM,
-PPPoE, PPPoA, CIP, IPoA,
-NAT/PAT,
-WLAN (802.11a/b/g/n)
-AAA, RADIUS
-UPnP,

Description
-Drive development projects. A typical development project is the release of a new XDSL modem, or of a software upgrade for an existing XDSL modem. A wide range of specialists is involved in the process: systems architecture, software, hardware, system integration test, industrialization, technical writing etc.
-Identify, plan, coordinate and follow up of all project-related activities.
-Negotiate with the different functional teams in order to reach commitment concerning the necessary activities, schedules and resources.
-Anticipate potential problems and initiate necessary correctives actions.
-Manage of the project budget
-Assure that project development complies with predefined quality standards.
Education and Skills
-Master or Bachelor Engineer IT / Electronics
-3 to 5 years in the same function in an international company.

DESCRIPTION:
-Design the embedded Web interface pages for our different product lines
-Translate specific customer requirements in a tailored Web UI solution

EDUCATION AND SKILLS
-Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related majors
-Strong analytical skills
-+3 years relevant experience in web development
-Be creative and with sense of style
-Have knowledge of end-user GUI experience

SW Team Leader

Description:
Ensure the daily management of the Software department human resources.
-Responsible for personnel matters within group.
-Allocate manpower to the different SW features
-Coordinate the day-to-day resource planning with other SW Team Leaders.
-Coordinate the day-to-day training needs.
Ensure the daily management of one or more projects within the SW team.
-Assist SW manager in estimating efforts and planning.
-Responsible in cooperation with SW Manager for the assignment
-Interface with Project Leader for SW follow-up within the entire project's scope.
-Track progress by means of regular internal team meetings and a weekly SW report for projects.
-Verify that the necessary designs documents are written, Assist in the project PRBs and follows up the fixing of the agreed problem reports and change request.
Software development coordination:
-Coach the SW team and ensure proper implementation and module testing of both product features and the interworking between features.
-Steer and follow up the design and the architecture of the overall SW structure.
Education and Skills:

  Master degree or more, major in telecommunications or electrical engineering or similar, studied abroad is preferred.

  5+ years working experience as a senior engineer in embedded system development.

  Have 1+ years experience of leading a SW team of 10+ people in a telecom environment, worked in MNC is preferred.

  Ability to coach engineer and allocate resources.

  CMM and/or TL9000 aware.

  Dynamic,Structured,Motivated.

  Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  Good command of both Spoken and Written English.



Test Automation Expert xDSL routers

The System Integration Test Engineer is in charge of test preparation, testing and validation of CPE products, i.e. prepare and perform manual and automated system and network integration tests, report and verify problems on modem equipment and integrate the inter-working with in-house and external DSL equipment. He/She will work on a wide range of the most recent Network Software Technologies, such as: xDSL, Routing, Internet access, VoIP, Video, TCP/IP, ATM, using advanced SW and HW (automation) tools and real time operating systems.

As an test automation expert engineer, you’re participating with the framework development. Your creativity and experience help in defining the architecture and streamlining the development of the other team members.
You have a strong SW architecture background and interested by being very hands on Telecom protocol. You interest goes for making a good architecture rather than writing stylish code.

You have the ability to coach on technical topics (SW/scripting)

As an automation expert, your career path goes towards:
