The two (2) people I want to hire will be doing the following:

First Person:
This person will need to be a Web Designer. He or she will need to be able to create and maintain websites and webtools connecting to different databases using .asp programming. They will also need to understand VBScripting and JavaScripting. We get a number of requests from within the company to build a web presence or a web tool for other groups and departments they will need to working on. So we need someone with good people skills to get to the actual requirements of the site/tool.


Second Person:
The main responsibility will be to revamp are Business Objects reporting presence. Clean up or recreate the Business Object Universes we have for the above sites as well as creating additional general and specific reports for the users. This person will also be the go-to person to help support the users of these reports and be proactive in create reports for other groups, like a Sales Lead report from the Beta/CAP site. This person will also need to be a Web Designer as well. Once the Business Objects area is under control we will need this person to help with creation and maintenance of the websites and webtools we create.

These two positions require strong communication skill (Oral English especially).
