请教SCO UNIX5.05的安装问题

今天在我的CIII1.3G/10G/256M的电脑上装一个SCO UNIX5，但安装没能成功，看提示可能是硬盘有问题，但具体问题我也不太清楚，现在将现象发上来，希望能得到大家的帮助，帮看看是什么问题。
    使用UNIX5光盘启动，之前的步骤都是按默认去安装，但到有一步就出错了，具体是：
                         Initial system profile
    The profile you choose pre-selects the software packages most useful
    for your system type. Press <F1> for details on each profile.


           Standard Enterprise system configuration:             Yes

       Lightweight character terminal configuration:             No



     If you run large database products, choose the following:

                                                Database services:             No



                                      
                                                                              Accept above choices
来到上面这个步骤，我用默认值，然后选择“Accept above choices”，然后就提示错误，具体错误提示如下：

Fatal error in diskInfo.c, line 3525
Function DIAdjustDivisions: Cannot adjust divisions to fit in the usable spaceisk 0
/ramFS/instdir/iqm/iqm terminated by signal 6
Press <Enter> to continue

然后回车之后就会自动重启，请问这是什么回事，是不是在安装之前要加什么参数？

也许是我的硬盘有问题。。。。。。但我低格过了。
而且在安装前我也没选择检测硬盘。
现在换了一块4G的就可以用了。而且一定要接为主盘才能用。
