关于freebsd 6.1的系统更新

大家好，我用一台pc装了个freebsd6.1。我发现在sysinstall main menu 里有一个    Upgrade      Upgrade an existing system   的选项。它是用来做什么的？是用来完成系统更新的吗？如果是，和cvsup有区别吗？

2,Before beginning a binary upgrade, please review the upgrade instructions,  x
                      x which are located in the "Install" document under the main documentation    x
                      x menu.  Given that you have read these instructions and understand the risks x
                      x and precautions involved, are you sure that you want to proceed with        x
                      x this upgrade?
3xFirst, you must select some distribution components.  The upgrade procedure  x
                      xwill only upgrade the distributions you select in the next set of menus.

Choose Distributions qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqk
                      x As a convenience, we provide several "canned" distribution sets.             x
                      x These select what we consider to be the most reasonable defaults for the     x
                      x type of system in question.  If you would prefer to pick and choose the      x
                      x list of distributions yourself, simply select "Custom".  You can also        x
                      x pick a canned distribution set and then fine-tune it with the Custom item.   x

你安装过瘟到死么，他不是有从低版本到高版本的升级么，就那么类似。

cvsup是同步最新源代码，自己还需要设置编译。
