qmail转发问题

举例:unix.domain.com为qmail服务器ip地址是公网的,所有MX记录在这台服务器上.
windows.domain.com为merak mailserver使用的是内网IP地址.如何使qmail收到的邮件自动转发到windows这台服务器上.因为用户通过内网服务器来接收邮件的.
我现在是这么配置的
echo "tigergroup.com.cn:210.13.112.29" /var/qmail/control/smtproutes
现在qmail并没有转发而是直接本地接收了，怎么回事情啊。

将任何定义到tigergroup.com.cn的消息重新定向到特定的邮件服务器mail.tigergroup1.com.cn上。可是现在这个策略并没有被启用啊。
我已经服试用了qmailctl  restart了
