linux2.6.17 ,ramdisk出现Warning: unable to open an initial console.

本人新手上路.
用linux2.6.17内核编译,其中boot options为:
mem=32M console=ttys0 ,115200 initrd=0x20410000,3145728 root=/dev/ram  rw.

启动后出现如下信息.不知道是什么意思?
好象是不能初始化...
