求教格式化问题

看来就是这问题，没错了，重启一下就行了。
不过我的电脑没有这个问题，可能是udev或hal的作用？不清楚。

我用 ATAPI 硬盘，确实没怎么看到这样的提示，疏忽了。

但是感觉很奇怪，以前都是建好分区以后，然后格式化，再挂载，然后才重新启动的

因为是服务器，业务再跑，不能随意重新启动，所以不到万不得以不重新启动的

2.6内核系统，可以用partprobe通知os磁盘分区的变化，然后格式化的
2.4好像是必须重启
