sh文件 500 Internal Server Error 问题

我的环境Redhat linux as 4 , 我在cgi-bin(/var/www/cgi-bin)存放多个.sh文件，可是在iE下无法显示，错误提示如下：
    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log


我做的相应配置如下：
     1、  /var/www/cgi-bin  及下的.sh文件权限 755 甚至做到777,问题依旧
     2、 我在httpd.conf 添加 Options ExecCGI   
                                            AddHandler  .pl .sh    设置完成，问题依旧。


不知道第2项是否有必要，请大家指点。。。。。 谢！
