我把patch放在/home/test/patches下，我可以直接这样做：
swinstall -s /home/test/patches/PHKL_25188.depot

还是要放在什么目录下？

Just do it. You can place it at any directory but /tmp is recommended.

u can place it where you want
first : sh PH*
second : swinstall

at last: swlist -l patch

success!

To clay:
I think he has completed the step because his patch file has .depot postfix.   

So the whole step is:
(1) ftp the patch file you downloaded from HP website to /tmp.
(2) cd /tmp;sh PHKL25188
(3) swinstall -s PHKL_25188.depot
