1、        在windows98、windows NT 4.0或更高版本的windows操作系统上安装Informix Client-SDK，安装过程无特殊要求。
2、        点击‘开始’——‘程序’——‘INFORMIX Client-SDK’——‘Setnet32’进入Informix Client与Server通讯的配置窗口。配置窗口共分为四页：Environment、Server Information、Host Information、About Setnet32。其中前三页需要设置一些参数。
3、        Environment页的设置：I、将CLIENT_LOCAL项的值设置为zh_cn.gb  II、将DB_LOCAL的值设置为zh_cn.gb  III、将DB_DATE的值设置为Y4MD-
4、        Server Information页的设置：I、将Informix Server项的值设置为Informix数据库中IP 数据计费系统的实例（Instance）的名字   II、将HostName项的值设置为Informix数据库所在Unix主机的IP地址   III、将Protocolname项的值选为olsoctcp   IV、将Service Name项的值设置为Informix数据库中实例（Instance）的参数  V、将Options项的值设置为空,设置好以上几项后，点击‘Make Default Server’按钮然后点击‘应用’按钮就将一个Informix Server的信息存到注册表中去了。如果此客户端要访问多个Informix Server，那么对于其它的Server可以重复以上步骤。但需要注意的是只有最后做此操作的Server才是默认的Server。
5、        Host Information页的设置：I、将Current Host项的值设置为Informix数据库所在Unix主机的IP地址   II、将User Name项设置为Unix下能对Informix数据库完全操作的用户名  III、将Password Option项的值选为Password    IV、将Password项的值设置为用户的密码    设置好以上几项后，点击‘应用’按钮。

我的SETNET32上的协议olsoctcp  sesoctcp onsoctcp 为什么设在服务器的sqlhosts中online就启动不了？
我用DBPING检测结果如下：
13:17:39 : Service Name retrieved Sucessfully!
13:17:39 : This Service has no Aliases

服务嚣上只支持ontlitcp或onsoctcp其中一种！
