1. SDE Lead

We are looking for strong Software Design Engineer Lead who has excellent English skills (both writing and speaking). The candidate should have excellent C/C++ coding and design skills, must have implemented multi-threaded applications. Ideal candidate should be familiar with MS internal development applications/tools, such as Source Depot, Prefast/Prefix, Product Studio.

Successful candidates will manage small development team in the beginning and responsible for relationship between China and Redmond team and should be able to manage a team of technical SDEs, drive a schedule and meet project deadlines.. As the new projects are outsourced to China, team size will get bigger in the next 12 months.



2. SDE3 for VAMT:

This developer will be responsible for VAMT sustained engineering and customer investigations, debugging customer problems.

Candidate requirements:

- Implemented Win32 UI in the past using Windows APIs

- Good knowledge of WMI (Windows Management Interface), AD discovery

- Excellent debugging skills using windbg, ntsd

- Familiarity with MS internal developer applications, such as Source Depot, Product Studio



3. SDE2 for KMS MOM Pack:

This developer will be responsible for MOM sustained engineering and customer investigations, debugging customer problems.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good English skills (Both writing and speaking)

- Familiarity with MOM 2005 (Microsoft Operations Manager)

- Good knowledge of SQL: Should be able to implement store procedures and fix the problems in existing ones.

- Other skills: WMI, VB Scripting

- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills

- Must have used MS internal developer applications, such as Source Depot, Product Studio
