aix5200-04升级5200-09报错

我查看我的AIX5.2 为5200-04,我想升级到5200－09,但升级过程时显示failed，显示信息为

我想问一下，这是怎么回事哦，我装完系统后，就直接打了5200－09的补丁，请问是那些步骤没做到？谢谢了

把update cd也update_all一下

请问一下这个update盘是ibm专门提供升级的盘还是操作系统盘啊?一般只有系统盘,update盘还没见过,谢谢了
