我现在有2汾offer, 我想不好去那家?各位帮我拿个注意把

1.职位描述：
Job Description:
Design and develop internet application using J2EE technology.

Qualifications:
-BS or MS in Computer Science or related engineering field
-Have a solid understanding of software product life cycle
-2-3 years Java software development experience
-Experience in Java programming and Knowledge of J2EE platform and familiar with the J2EE standards.
-Familiar with following technologies
Jarkarta Struts/JSF
Spring framework/EJB 3.0
Hibernate
-Familiar with J2EE application server is a plus
-Analytical thinking and problem solving capability.
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Self-motivated and team work experience
-Motivated and goal driven attitude and available to work under pressure.



2.职位描述：
工作经验：二年以上
工作地点：上海浦东
薪水范围：面议
职责描述：负责软件设计和开发。
职位要求：
1、要求计算机软件、通信及相关专业的大专以上学历；
2、有2年以上J2EE实际项目经验，参与过至少两个企业级J2EE项目；
3、熟悉关系型数据库，有使用SQLServer，Oracle，PostgreSQL之一的实际经验；
4、有在Linux/Unix系统下开发，部署J2EE项目经验的优先考虑；
5、熟悉Java设计模式，熟悉Struts，Hibernate，Spring等开源项目的将优先考虑；
6、精通J2EE技术架构，具备较强的独立开发能力；
7、具备较强的沟通能力以及团队协作精神，具有出色的分析判断能力。


光看这个能看出那家技术好?有发展前途嘛?
待遇差不多的,其中一家每年多发1个月的薪
,但我想现在挣的不是钱,而是未来,大家帮我分析下

对我来说只有英语

可那也不是英语环境,不是外企,不用英语交流的,只是平时的文档,材料可能E文多一些而已
然后每年只有12次发薪

第2家每年有13次发薪的
