原来台湾的那个FTP速度很快，为什么现在慢得不得了？

原来ftp2.tw.freebsd.org这个服务器上下载东西都能满速下载（200K左右）
现在只剩3K左右
为什么一下慢了这么多？
现在有什么FTP服务器下载快点的，更新及时点的？
ports安装

如果是电信的，用ftp.freebsdchina.org；

台湾的有ftp.tw.freebsd.org
ftp4.tw.freebsd.org

ftp5.freebsg.org 好象速度挺快.

不知道昨天我是怎么ping的
两个IP一模一样
今天ping
ftp2.tw.freebsd.org毫无反应
freebsd.csie.nctu.edu.tw有200ms
