on delete no action怎么用？

执行以下代码，报错了，不知道是不是语法写的不对，向好心人请教。

   create table test(
   id integer default 1 not null,
   name varchar2(50)
   );

   Table created.

  create table test2(
  id integer not null,
  p_id integer not null references test(id) on delete no action
  );

   p_id integer not null references test(id) on delete no action
                                                    *
   ERROR at line 3:
   ORA-00905: missing keyword

如果想要主表中删除是，从表不变化，应该怎样写外键约束？ 谢谢

LZ, no action 好象是默認項﹐不用顯式的去聲明。
