Job Title: Project Manager
Positions Available: 1
Location: ShangHai
Responsibilities:
1. The development team in China works with US teams on software development and testing for mainframe.
2. The project manager (PM) of China team will manage projects to assure delivering high quality working items on schedule:
3. Build good relationship and trust with US teams and key stakeholders
4. Communicate and confirm with US teams for requirements, scope, schedule.
5. Manage China teams to complete tasks according to the project requirements, including design, coding, integration and testing.
Communicate and report China team status to US teams.
6. Manage and mitigate risks of projects to make sure timely delivery.

Desired Skills/Experience
1. Bachelor or Master in CS, EE, or Business preferred.
2. IBM Certificates preferred.
3. PMP Certified.
4. Strong project management skills on software product or solution development.
5. IBM software development project experience is a good plus.
