请教cvsweb的问题

安装cvsweb后不能显示正确结果，求助！
我的系统是用的RedHat AS4，在安装操作系统时就已经安装了自带的Apache服务器
cvs正常安装，并能正常使用

我安装cvsweb时的步骤如下：
下载cvsweb-3.0.6.tar.gz到root目录，解压文件
cp cvsweb.cgi到/var/www/cgi-bin/目录下，chmod a+x cvsweb.cgi，并编辑$c
cp cvswebconf到/etc/httpd/conf/目录下，编辑，@CVSrepositories = ('CVS'   => ['Repos',    '/repos/project'])

重启服务service httpd restart
访问页面提示：

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
