我们设计C-to-C 的网络平台， 也专注于数据的分析和挖掘。对于网站的设计，工程师有自己的见地。可以在日新月异的技术中不断的提高自己。而且将新技术带到实际中来。可以让其繁复中见简洁。简洁即智慧。
技术需求：
在JAVA, SQL,HTML/Xml 方面有很好的功底，可以认为程序是道路，架构是境界。 下面是一些PLUS， 可以加快我们的步伐。

mastering Spring, especially SpringMVC is a strong plus
mastering javascript, ajax is a strong plusmastering Hibernate is a plus
mastering designing web pages with CSS+DIV is a plus
mastering basic linux/unix operation, web service, soap is a plus

Mooyaa is a young, dynamic start-up company that operates a C-to-C market
in San Francisco Bay Area. It is a privately held company headquartered in
the San Mateo County "Silicon Valley" area of California.

We are now seeking a talented and motivated software engineer to take our
web design and data management pipeline in Beijing. We are offering full
time position, and flexible part time job.
Requirements：
Requirements include 1 to 2 years user interface development for web-based applications based on Java technologies. The candidate must have knowledge of leading edge UI technologies and be able to translate designed UI into functional leading edge products leveraging best-of-class technologies.
*Are you passionate about developing interactive web user interfaces?
*Do you investigate the best web 2.0/ AJAX techniques and use them in projects?
*Do you keep up and apply the latest web standards and methods?

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•        Design and implement a web-based UI for our next generation Mooyaa Channel Management Suite
•        Define multi-tenant customization model for configurable and customization user interfaces
•        Develop cutting-edge interactive web applications
•        Code beautiful XHTML/CSS web pages and interfaces
•        Understand and apply the latest Java web application frameworks
•        Write architecture, functional and design specification documents
•        Perform code and design reviews
•        Investigate new technologies
Qualifications:
•        1-2 years experience developing web-based UIs in a structured setting
•        Excellent knowledge of Java and web-based UI design
•        Experience with user interface design and development on the J2EE platform
•        Experience delivering data-driven, customizable application interfaces
•        Experience working with one or more web application frameworks: Struts, JSF, MyFaces, Spring Webflow, WebWork, Tapestry
•        Experience with JSP, JSTL, Struts, Servlets, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSP Custom Tags
•        Experience with Web 2.0 User Interfaces; W3C, WASP standards, AJAX, OO Javascript, tableless CSS, XHTML
•        Experience with human factors and graphic design desireable but not required
•        Mastery of W3C web standards and specifications
•        Solid understanding of browser compatibility issues
•        Experience with design patterns and distributed systems
•        Experience with enterprise class packaged software
•        A high degree of self-motivation and flexibility
•        The ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks
•        The ability to interact creatively and achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic small company environment
•        Excellent written and oral communications skills
•        Bachelor's degree in Computer science required, M.S. desirable
