请问反向解析不成功是ISP的问题还是DNS服务器的问题？

我的域名用的是域名提供商提供的DNS服务器在进行解析。
但是我用NSLOOKUP查询反向解析的时候查询不了。
请问是域名提供商的DNS服务器的问题还是ISP问题？
