求助：为什么我的邮件发不到hotmail和gmail

为了能用自己的邮箱，我特意在服务器上启动了dns服务，并且把一个域名服务器指向了自己的服务器IP.

现在我在电信做了 ptr 记录，目前dns查询结果如下，但我还是发不了邮件到hotmail，gmail也不行不知道还能做什么了。请朋友们指点一下。
