Summary
We are seeking pre-sales consultants to work with the The Company oversea sales team to support and facilitate the sale of AI products and services outside Chinese market.
Responsibilities
* Performs solution definition, designs overall system and solution architecture,
system integration and implementation strategy
* Delivers an integrated solution meeting the needs of the customer within the
constraints of the contract
* Captures both functional and non-functional (i.e. life cycle cost, performance and/or
flexibility) business requirements of how the system should behave over time
* Leads in the analysis, design, and implementation planning of the technical/business
solution from pre-sale through delivery, assists in establishing preliminary
project/program development schedule
* providing customers and sales reps with technical product and demo support during
pre-sales discussions, as well as answering prospects and salespersons product questions
* Present technical presentations and product demonstrations on client’s site
* Work closely with product manager to create consistent product-specific marketing
messages and to produce product data sheets, white papers and other marketing collateral
Required skills
* 5+ years practical experience in telecom OSS/BSS and pre-sales activities
* Experience in presenting to customers including running demonstrations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Degree (or higher) in Engineering or Computing discipline
* Have a technical background, contributed to sales proposals
* Experience in identifying business opportunities and benefits for telecom OSS/BSS
implementations
* Ability to capture and document customer requirements and identify customizations
* Ability to implement OSS/BSS based solutions as a business consultant and, possibly,
as a project manager
* Experience of working across multiple organizations with emphasis on communicating
and decision making with demonstrated ability to work under pressure
* Ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside group.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and direct the actions of others
* Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Travel:
* Approximately 60% over
