Job Description for Solution Architect /Business Analyst :wink:
Education: Bachelor degree (undergraduate), or above in a technical discipline
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the overall design, including build business model, and design / realize application framework.
Review all deliverables of business requirement model and technical document
Work with senior developer in terms of supporting system detail design, table design realization, or whatever
Escalate issues of business model, design model, and application framework to Project Manager
Support Project Manager to identify application development risks
Experience and Skill:
Above 5 years job experience
Strong requirement analysis skill, and familiar with common requirement gathering methods.
Familiar with software development lifecycle and software configuration management
Strong software design capability, especially in software architecture and application framework, and familiar with OO analysis and design methods and tools.
Strong programming skill in .Net and Java framework and corresponding technologies, such as C#, Java, and familiar with mainstream integrated development environment
Familiar to UML and other mainstream development and design tools.
Database skill on Oracle /SQL-Server is must.
Experience in SCM, e-Procurement, and e-Ticketing is a plus.
Teamwork, communication, initiative, and self-motivation are must
Strong English communication capability, speaking and written.
Job Description for Software Testing Engineer :wink:
Education: Bachelor degree (undergraduate), or above in a technical discipline
Responsibilities:
Generate test plan based on master project plan
Draft and update test case and stress test case, including test data
Implement test case and stress test case
Defect tracking and verification
Draft and update test statistical report
Escalate issues of program quality to Project Manager
Support Project Manager to identify application development risks
Experience and Skill:
Above 2 year job experience
Familiar with software development lifecycle and software configuration management
Understand software quality assurance methodology and process
Solid skill and experience in software testing. Knowledge of manual & automatic testing
Programming background in .Net and Java framework, especially for C#, Java.
Database skill on Oracle /SQL-Server, such as SQL, is must
Test experience in SCM, e-Procurement, or e-Ticketing package
Teamwork, communication, initiative, and self-motivation are must
Strong English communication capability, speaking and written.
