Day to day work:

1.        Provide first level support (Installation & Maintenance) on XX system products in North China.
2.        Provide technical support to Unisys ES7000 customers assigned specifically.
3.        Provide on-site technical support and develop a trusted advisor relationship with the client.
4.        Provide ES7000 support on-site duty for TravelSky。

Knowledge & Experience Required:

1.        Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 2 years experience in IT.
2.        Have good hardware skill and high Level Enterprise Server support background.
3.        Has an experienced and suitably qualified resource, with Wintel base, Linux support background.
4.        Has more software experience would be a strong plus.
5.        Good oral and reading / written English skills.
