aix 5.3安装中文的

插入第一张光盘 然后
smit lang->change/show primary language environment->change/show cultural convention,language,or keyboard
都设置成IBM-eucCN  Chinese (Simplified EUC) [zh_CN]
执行出现错误
installp: The specified device /cdrom
              is not a valid device or file.

chkbd: 0468-070 The software keyboard file /usr/lib/nls/loc/zh_CN.lftkeymap is not valid.

        Changes the software keyboard map loaded by the LFT at IPL time.

        File is the path/file name of a valid software keyboard file.
        If File is not an absolute path then the default directory
        /usr/lib/nls/loc will be used as the pathname and File will be
        used as the filename.


重启机器 查看发现Primary CULTURAL convention和Primary LANGUAGE translation都改成了IBM-eucCN  Chinese (Simplified EUC) [zh_CN]

locale -a结果

C
POSIX
en_US
en_US.8859-15
en_US.ISO8859-1
并没有中文环境

但是ftp中文名的文件和带有中文内容的文件都能正常显示

请问这是为什么啊？？？

在哪里可以正常显示，
console端还是远程telnet上去 的

/dev/cd0 不是/cdrom

安装的时候最好都是选择英文的 在装好以后在安装中文字符集就可以了
不然有些可能会出现不兼容的我问题的
